Are you concerned about your water?
Thinking about having your water tested?

Shiloh Water Systems was founded in 1999 with the aim to provide quality well pumps and water filtration services to customers in Oregon. We have more than 90 years of combined experience handling any water issue, from water pump failure to water contamination. Our experience with installing water systems and whole house water filters effectively purify contaminated drinking water. We even offer free basic water testing in Oregon, so you don’t have to wait to find out what is in your water.

Many homes in Oregon draw their water from private or public wells. When a real estate agent is trying to sell that home, they have to know everything about the home, including the water quality.  The new home owners are going to want there to be a properly functioning water system in place.

At Shiloh Water Systems, we perform thorough water tests that meet the strict standards of Oregon State Regulations regarding real estate transactions. We will analyze your drinking water for contaminants such as bacteria, nitrates, and arsenic – Lab fees apply. If you are looking to sell your home, we can make sure that your water system is up to par.

If there is ever anything wrong with your drinking water, we can quickly determine the cause of the problem and fix it at the source. Contact us today if you have questions or if you would like to schedule an onsite water test.

It all starts with a water test. We can help.

Until then you can’t really be certain of whether or not you actually need water treatment equipment, what equipment you might need, or what settings are needed for best performance.

Even if you already know you have hard water, anyone installing equipment will still need to test the hardness levels.

Free water test, what’s the catch?

We exist to serve our local community. We are happy to test your water and explain what the results mean, free of charge with no obligations. However, if you do decide to act on the new knowledge of your water test, we hope that you’ll consider us to be your trusted advisor in solving your water problems. You also must be within our service area. Hopefully that doesn’t seem like a catch.

Looking for a more extensive water test?

Comprehensive water tests have to be completed by a laboratory. Depending on the type of testing, you can sometimes pay as much for a water test as you can for equipment to solve the problem. If you are concerned about specific contaminants in your water, ask our expert water technician, and they can give you some cost effective options to consider for your specific concern.

I had to have a water heater replaced and the gentleman that did it couldn’t figure out how to turn the water off even though I kept telling him I just had to turn the pump off since I’m on a well. Long story short he finally got the water heater in, but when the water got turned back on, there was no water coming into the house. He went out and was looking at the filtration system and started turning knobs and all kinds of stuff. I told him to stop and I called Shiloh as they’re the ones that installed the system. Rian came out and immediately discovered what the problem was and got the water working correctly. My system was 15 years old. It was full of sediment and frankly was not working or doing anything to filter the well water. We talked about it, and it was very clear that the system that I had was no longer working and not providing any filtration to the house. I agreed it was time to replace it. He came out today and completed the work quickly efficiently did an excellent job. Great work and was very informative on how everything worked. Thank you Rian for all your help and getting the filtration of my water back to working order.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your 5-star review, Cherie! We're thrilled to hear that Rian was able to get your water filtration system back in working order after the water heater replacement. It sounds like he provided excellent service, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with Shiloh Water Systems, Inc. If you need any more assistance or have questions in the future, just let us know. Enjoy your freshly filtered water!
