Nitrates and contaminates were awful. We keep the PH at around 7.4.Every 3... months, it's serviced. I've never had a problem except when 1st installed. Trying to get the PH correct for the water that enters our pond was a challenge.It's a fantastic setup. Our water that goes through the RO system is recycled for watering everything in our property. None of us wasted.I water arena, plants, lawn arborvate, and whatever else needs water that doesn't need to be consumed. None of it's wasted.read more

I would have to say by far the most honest service guy I have ever had out to work on something. Shiloh always provides amazing service so I want surprised but I will ask for him by name in the future.

Shiloh’s water softener system has changed my life. We used to have showers and toilets that would turn orange seemingly after one use. I quit dying my hair blonde from our water turning it so brassy. After having the water softener installed, our... showers haven’t turned orange at all and I’m back to blonde.
