Mike Lowrie founded Shiloh Water Systems in 1999, after already having spent 20 years in the industry. He went out on his own with “Old Betsy” (a well-used hoist truck), a used service van, and a commitment for exceptional customer service.
In the 22 years that followed, Mike’s expertise in system design, problem solving, fearless approach to tackling difficult water problems and his steadfast commitment to continuing education for both his technicians and himself continues to set Shiloh Water apart. Mike is factory trained at Goulds®, Grundfos®, and Franklin® pump facilities. In addition to his expertise with the Kinetico® product line, he has also received advanced training from Water Right® and has experience with nearly every kind of water filtration product sold in the Pacific Northwest.
Mike is a member of the OGWA (Oregon Groundwater Association), the NGWA (National Groundwater Association), and the WQA (Water Quality Association). A proud Vietnam era veteran, Mike was trained at the Air Force avionics school in Biloxi, Mississippi. He went on to study electronics at Clackamas Community College following four years of service to his Country.

Dave worked as a technician here at Shiloh from 2008 to 2012 after already being in the water industry since 1985. Leaving to pursue a new position in the water industry, he has since returned in 2021 as our sales manager. Dave is able to bring a highly skilled approach to water treatment and system design because of his knowledge and experience. In his spare time, Dave enjoys traveling with his wife, April, taking his dog Sawyer to McDonalds for a cheeseburger, playing with his grandkids, and trying to finish the trying to finish the kitchen remodel!
Misti Shaver
Office Manager
Misti came to work at Shiloh in 2011 from the retail industry. She has grown with Shiloh over the last twelve years and knows how to do mostly anything in our office. She currently moonlights as our IT Fairy making sure all systems are operating correctly and always goes the extra mile to ensure the office is running smoothly. Misti lives in Molalla with her husband Andy and soon-to-be high school graduate, Aowyn. Misti is a self-proclaimed cat lady and is a proud cat mom to three, including a recently adopted stray from Mount Angel who is aptly named Shiloh.
Heather Foran
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Heather moved to Oregon and joined the team as our sales and marketing coordinator in December 2019. Heather is a true team player and you will find her doing everything from scheduling sales appointments to designing advertising templates, and even fetching salt from the warehouse for a customer. Heather loves to cook, and she and her boyfriend, Nathan, recently added two kittens to their little family.
Neil Rountree
Warehouse & Safety Officer
Neil came to work for Shiloh in 2012 after a successful career in warehouse management. His attention to detail and organization keep our fleet running smoothly and our warehouse clean. Neil and his wife, Alice, enjoy spending time with family whenever they can, being involved in their church, and of course, spoiling their little dog, Lillie.
Nathan Wolfe
Service Technician
Nathan Wolfe, AKA Tex, relocated from Texas to Oregon in 2020 and came to work at Shiloh in early 2021. He has over ten years of experience as a licensed plumber and a career in the water filtration industry was an obvious move to pursue his passion for providing people with quality water. Nathan lives in Springfield with his wife, Holly, and seven-year-old daughter Ella. He loves to fish and he and Ella are currently learning together to play the guitar.
Ridge Deakman
Service Technician
Ridge joined our team in 2018. His background in the mechanical trades has made him a valuable asset as a water filtration technician. When he’s not working, Ridge enjoys many of the outdoor activities Oregon has to offer and he and his “lady” welcomed their first son, Wiley, in November of 2022.
Travis Johnson
Service Technician
Travis has worked at Shiloh for over five years as a water technician. Travis has extensive knowledge of both pump systems and filtration equipment, which makes him a unique asset to our business. In his off time, Travis enjoys all things outdoors including hunting, hiking, and camping whenever the opportunity presents itself. Travis was able to become a proud homeowner in 2021 and enjoys playing fetch in the yard with his constant canine companion, Hercules.
Eric Coleman
Service Technician
Eric has been working for Shiloh as a filtration and pump technician for over five years. Eric came to work for Shiloh in 2014 and after leaving to pursue career opportunity elsewhere in 2017, he then returned in 2021. Eric enjoys working on motor bikes and scooters in his spare time, working on projects at his home, as well as hanging out with his young nephew, Liam.
German Lara
Service Technician
German, AKA Germ, came to work at Shiloh in 2019 as an experienced pump installer. He has since learned more about filtration, but you will usually find him on the back of the pump truck helping people who don’t have water. German enjoys spending time with his family, especially his 2 year old nephew, as well as hanging out with friends and spending time outdoors.
Tim Evans
Service Technician
Shiloh was lucky to find Tim, who came to us with a background installing Kinetico water filtration systems. He has since expanded his knowledge to include more troubleshooting skills as well as pump system installation and service. Tim likes to hang out with his buddies and has been known to play video games for more hours than he sleeps.Larry Castillo

Larry came to Shiloh in 2023 with an extensive background in water treatment and installation. Being in the industry for over 25 years as well as coming from a family business has made him an obvious fit for our crew. In his time away from work, Larry enjoys spending time with his four-year-old son.
Ashley Dale
Service Dispatch
Ashley joined us towards the end of 2022 as our dispatcher and has very quickly become a huge asset for Shiloh. Her friendly, yet matter-of-fact way of operating and cheerful demeanor has been a breath of fresh air for our office and field technicians. Ashley has many interests outside of work including crocheting, painting, and using her art skills to learn to tattoo. She is also an avid outdoors person. She is the mother of two boys and an animal mom to one dog and two cats.
Terri McSmith
Administrative Assistant
Terri joined our office team in 2017 after completing her Associates for medical administration. She ran dispatch keeping “the boys” in line for three years. Currently you will find Terri’s enthusiastic smile in our showroom greeting customers, fielding all of our real estate water testing, as well as managing our invoicing. When not at Shiloh, Terri enjoys spending time with her family and her 7 beautiful grandbabies.
Rian Sherwood
Service Technician
Rian started working for Shiloh at the beginning of 2023. With a long background in construction as well as a few years in the water industry prior to now, Rian is a well-rounded member of our team. When Rian is not at work you will find him outdoors enjoying the many activities our area has to offer.
