Shiloh Water Systems, Inc. was established in 1999 as a service-and-repair-based business providing superior service at a competitive price.  Our certified and experienced technicians are qualified to work on the most difficult water problems.  All of our technicians attend Oregon Groundwater Association training twice a year for continuing education in addition to other available . 

Mike Lowrie

Owner & President

Mike founded Shiloh Water Systems in 1999, after already having spent 20 years in the industry. He struck out on his own with ‘Old Betsy’ (a well-used hoist truck), a used service van, and a passion for exceptional customer service. In the 15 years that followed, Mike’s expertise in system design, problem solving, fearless approach to tackling difficult water problems and his steadfast commitment to continuing education for both his technicians and himself continues to set Shiloh Water Systems apart. Mike is a Certified Small Systems Operator in the State of Oregon and is factory trained at Goulds, Grundfos, and Franklin pump facilities. In addition to Mike’s expertise with the Kinetico product line, he has also received advanced training from Water Right and has experience with nearly every kind of water treatment product sold in the Pacific Northwest. Mike is an active member of the OGWA (Oregon Groundwater Association), the NGWA (National Groundwater Association), and the WQA (Water Quality Association). A proud Vietnam era veteran, Mike was trained at the Air Force avionics school in Biloxi, Mississippi. He went on to study electronics at Clackamas Community College following four years of service to his Country. When Mike isn’t in the office, he is out on the golf course with his wife, Kris, and also enjoys hunting, woodworking, teaching/speaking in his church, spending time with family and friends, and playing fetch with his ‘psycho’ dog, Maggie.

Kris joined Shiloh Water Systems in 2001, sharing Mike’s passion for the family business. Kris holds a certificate of Office Administration from Trend College and has studied accounting at Chemeketa Community College. Before Shiloh, Kris spent nine years working in a county government office, seven years running her own transcribing business for court reporters and served as the editor of a state trade association publication. She also helped establish and ultimately served on the board of directors for a non-profit group serving pregnant women and their families, where she spoke publicly, trained volunteers and provided counseling. When Kris isn’t in the office she can be found trying to get Mike out of the office and onto the golf course. She is a member of the Evergreen Women’s Golf Association, the Society of Decorative Painters and enjoys playing guitar and piano, serving in her church, and spending time with family and friends.


Nathan Lowrie

Director, Sales & Marketing

Nathan joined Shiloh Water Systems in 2011 sharing in the family’s passion for stewardship of clean, healthy water and exceptional customer focus. Nathan is committed to raising awareness of the importance of safe, clean and healthy water through education and interaction with the public. His background and experience includes 15 years of sales and marketing management with an emphasis on public relations. His communications experience includes working in film and television as well as the commercial aviation industry. Nathan is a certified Kinetico and Water Right systems professional, specializing in water treatment and filtration system design. Nathan holds a BA in Communications from Hope International University and is a member of the OGWA (Oregon Ground Water Association) and WQA (Water Quality Association). Away from the office, Nathan and his wife, Janie, are avid surfers—stealing away to California when they can and spending time with their two beautiful daughters, family and friends.

Misti joined Shiloh Water Systems in 2011. Misti’s background and experience in customer service, receiving/inventory control, retail, information technology and service operations led to her transition into an office management role. Among all of her other responsibilities Misti functions, quite literally, as our dispatch control tower. Misti holds a BS in History from Eastern Oregon University and an Associate Degree in Office Administration from Clackamas Community College. Outside of the office Misti enjoys playing World of War Craft, knitting, and spending time with her husband Andy, their daughter and extended family.

Kathleen joined Shiloh Water Systems in 2013 and brings over seven years of accounting and service support experience to her role as our Bookkeeper. Kathleen holds a BS in Psychology from Portland State University. Away from our office, she can be found swimming laps at the pool, spending time with her son, golden retriever, and extended family and friends.


Steven Wilson

Lead Pump Specialist

Steven aka “Wilson,” joined Shiloh Water Systems in 2008 and is our Lead Pump Specialist. Wilson holds a limited pump installer’s license with the State of Oregon and is factory certified from both Grundfos and Franklin pump schools. Although his expertise is focused mainly on pump systems, Wilson is also a proficient water treatment professional. Prior to his work at Shiloh, his background included mill and ranch work in Southern Oregon and Northern California. Wilson is a current board member of the OGWA (Oregon Ground Water Association) and a 2014 delegate to the National Groundwater Association yearly board meeting. Outside the office, Wilson is an avid bow and rifle hunter and family man.

Lead Water Treatment Technician

Judah joined Shiloh Water Systems in 2009 and is our Lead Water Treatment Technician. As a factory-trained, certified Kinetico™ installer and technician, his expertise includes both residential and commercial filtration as well as storage tanks, pumps and ultra-filtration equipment. Previous experience includes over four years in the construction industry. Judah is a member of the OGWA (Oregon Groundwater Association) and the WQA (Water Quality Association) and is also fluent in Spanish. Outside the office, he spends time backpacking with his wife, Noel, and their new baby daughter and enjoys hunting, woodworking and spending time with family and friends.

Philip joined Shiloh Water Systems in 2013 with a background in landscape irrigation system design and installation and brings a wealth of technical aptitude and experience to his position as a Service Technician. Philip is a factory trained, certified Kinetico installer/technician and has had Water Right product and pump training. Philip is focused primarily on the water treatment side of the business and is a member of the OGWA (Oregon Ground Water Association) and the WQA (Water Quality Association). Away from the office, Philip is a consummate outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife, Bethany, and their four children.

Mathew formally joined Shiloh Water Systems in 2012; however, he has literally grown up in and around the water business, pitching in for his Grandpa, Mike (Lowrie), for many years. Mathew currently fills in as a Service Technician, during breaks in his college/study schedule, where he works toward a degree in mechanical engineering. Outside of our office and college coursework, Mathew is an avid drummer, plays keyboard and guitar, enjoys skateboarding, snowboarding and spending time with friends and family.

Neil joined Shiloh Water Systems in 2012 bringing over 20 years experience as a production manager and plant safety committee member. Neil holds a BA in Business Management from Alameda University and numerous leadership/production management, safety & communications certifications and is a certified fork-lift instructor/operator. Outside of our office, Neil enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, Alice, seven grandchildren, family and friends.

Anna joined Shiloh Water systems in 2009 and has been involved in many aspects of the business from water analysis/testing, to training, trade shows and sales support. Anna’s varied background and experience serve her well in her role as our Business Administration Assistant. Outside the office, Anna cares for her two younger children, volunteers at school when time permits and has a new found love for raising chickens–unfortunately for the chickens, she also loves to cook!

Lynda joined the Shiloh team as a temporary worker in September of 2017. She was so good Shiloh hired her full time as Marketing & Sales Coordinator. Lynda who is from South Africa has extensive experience in marketing and sales. She is often the friendly voice heard over the phone when calling Shiloh Water Systems. Lynda lives in Silverton with her husband Dan and their two cats Tiger and Aslan. In her spare time she enjoys music, dancing, gardening and spirituality.

Dependable hard working and detail oriented, Dante is a critical asset to the the Shiloh team. A former merchant marine, his skills and expertise range across the board. From a certified crane operator to diesel mechanic Dante has more combined technical experience than most field techs in the industry. Dante speaks numerous languages including his native tongue Tagalog (Philippines) He resides in Salem with his wife and children.

From running the service center dispatch to customer service, Terri like many on the Shiloh team has a critical role. Her longtime experience in service and working with the family business made her an ideal fit for Shiloh Water Systems. Terri lives in Mt. Angel and when she’s not giving the boss (Mike) a hard time enjoys spending time with her family.
