Shiloh Water Systems, Inc. was established in 1999 as a service-and-repair-based business providing superior service at a competitive price. Our certified and experienced technicians are qualified to work on the most difficult water problems. All of our technicians attend Oregon Groundwater Association training twice a year for continuing education in addition to other available industry related courses.
Mike Lowrie
Mike founded Shiloh Water Systems in 1999. With thirty-two years experience in the water industry he is an expert in system design, troubleshooting challenging issues, storage tank system design, and arsenic removal systems. He is a certified Small Systems Operator for small public water systems in Oregon. He is a member and former board member of the Oregon Groundwater Association, a member of the National Groundwater Association, and of the National Water Quality Association. He is factory trained at the Grundfos, Goulds, and Franklin pump manufacturing facilities, and is a proud veteran of the US Air Force in Vietnam.
Kris Lowrie
Co-owner and office manager. Education and background in office management.

Steven Wilson
Lead Pump Technician. Steven has been with Shiloh Water Systems for four years. He completed Grundfos Pump factory training school in 2009, basic Kinetico water treatment training, and is head of the Safety program.

Judah Wilke
Water Treatment and PumpTechnician. Judah joined Shiloh Water Systems in July 2010. He has completed Kinetico’s Basic Service Academy in 2011 and the Grundfos Pump factory training school in 2010.

Jesse Ulibarri
Service Apprentice. Jesse comes to us from his family’s landscaping company, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Nathan Lowrie
Director of Sales & Marketing. BA in Communications, Hope International University. Nathan has 15 years experience in sales and marketing. Completed Kinetico KUDOS program.

Anna Wilson
Sales Operations Manager
Anna has been with Shiloh for 3 ½ years as the Home Depot liaison. She specializes in water testing, water treatment, and filtration applications. She has completed Kinetico KUDOS program.

Misti Shaver
Misti has extensive background in customer service and retail sales. She is currently completing Administrative Office Professional AAS degree from Clackamas Community College. Past member of Ecology Club monitoring water quality on the Clackamas River.
